Any sane person would think it makes sense
That DHS brass has experience
In law enforcement, yet
With Barack's team what we get -
Political hacks for its governance.

The Daily Caller, 5/14/12: "President Barack Obama's Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has presided over the hiring of at least four senior staffers and advisers who have no law enforcement experience but align politically with the president ... Spokespersons for the Department of Homeland Security have not responded to TheDC's requests for comment on why Napolitano's department hires people with no law enforcement experience into senior law enforcement positions."

STIMULATE WHAT?

What good are "stimulus" bucks? We see
Not a bit for the economy.
What did they stimulate,
Elevate or inflate?
Nothing. Let's see what they do for ED.

NBC Bay Area, 5/16/12: "When asked by an NBC reporter about a study into erectile dysfunction involving overweight middle aged men [Scott Amey, general counsel for the Project on Government Oversight] replies, 'Oh boy.' The Grant totaled more than a quarter million dollars."

OBAMA'S LATEST BUDGET

The budget Barack chose to promote -
His very own budget, we should note -
Got to the floor.
Like his budgets before,
This one failed to get even one vote.

From the votes this year, what can we glean?
The mood in Congress is clearly seen -
In the House and when it
Came up in the Senate
He lost, combined, zip to five-thirteen.

The Washington Times, 5/16/12: "President Obama's budget suffered a second embarrassing defeat Wednesday, when senators voted 99-0 to reject it. Coupled with the House's rejection in March, 414-0, that means Mr. Obama's budget has failed to win a single vote in support this year."

OBAMA'S STANCE

Obama said it... now he can't hide
On an issue he chose to decide
One way "personally"
But not "officially" -
On "gay marriage," Barack's stance is wide.

Gawker, 5/9/12: "President Obama announced his support for gay marriage during an interview with ABC's Robin Roberts this afternoon, saying, 'for me personally it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married.' According to ABC's Rick Klein, Obama 'stresses that this is a personal position, and that he still supports the concept of states deciding the issue on their own."
