P.A.P.A. is seeking pharmaceutical support for its Victims Project-a program through which we identify and bring forward patients and physicians who have been harmed by Pennsylvania's Medical Liability Lawsuit Abuse Crisis. Please tell your Pharma reps that before they can speak to you, they must first call Ken at P.A.P.A. at 215-271-9590.

Legislators want your money...but do they deserve it?

Next week marks the end of the summer and the beginning of Pennsylvania's general election season. And, as usual, incumbents will be asking doctors for dollars. But before you donate, you might want to wait until these elected officials reply to P.A.P.A.'s candidate survey that will gauge their plans to:
• Sponsor legislation that will end Pennsylvania's Medical Liability Lawsuit Abuse Crisis
• Increase physician reimbursements
• Prevent the Blues Merger from taking place
Surveys will be sent out early September. We'll keep you posted on how each candidate replies.
