StopTeacherStrikes calls union contract unconstitutional and demands answer to cloaked Commissioner letter

President Simon Campbell:
"The three union contracts posted on our 'Commissioners' web page at www.stopteacherstrikes.org today; show how Bucks County Commissioners Diane Marseglia-Ellis and Charles Martin conspired with AFSCME union officials to violate the Constitution of the United States of America. By signing agreements on July 30th to strip away the First Amendment right of employees to freely resign union membership; our elected officials have trampled on the American idea of liberty. Forcing any employee to be a union member against their wishes is a despicable act of hard-line socialism and cowardice.
Instead of taking responsibility for her actions, Commissioner Marseglia has issued a public letter in which she discusses an unidentified concept. We demand that Commissioner Marseglia stop playing games with the public and come clean as to what she is talking about."
