The 2008 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference is beginning to take shape. The Pennsylvania Leadership Conference is the biggest gathering of public policy conservatives in the Keystone State each year. This year's conference will be held on April 25th and 26th at the Four Points by Sheraton near Harrisburg.

Syndicated columnist, author and commentator Michelle Malkin will be the featured speaker. Joining Michelle in speaking at the Friday evening dinner will be Club for Growth President Pat Toomey. Saturday morning Dr. Paul Kengor of Grove City College will speak at breakfast on reclaiming the Reagan Legacy. Dr. Kengor is author of numerous books, including God & Ronald Reagan, The Crusader: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of Communism; and his latest work: William P. Clark: Ronald Reagan's Top Hand. Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta, who has become a national leader in the battle to stop illegal immigration, will be the conference luncheon speaker.
In addition to the speakers, the conference will feature five interactive issue panels. Among the panel presentations will be: Unalienable Rights, The Power of Special Interests; Future of Reform; Issues & Our Answers; and the Role of Media: Perception is Reality. A campaign school for candidates is being planned for Friday morning, April 25th prior to the official start of the conference.
There will also be exhibits by over 30 conservative organizations and opportunities for socializing and networking.
