Our mission is to build a network of funding sources and a community of activists who will advance an agenda that embraces a philosophy of Constitutional Limited Government, the Rule of Law, Economic Freedom, and the traditional values that sustain individual initiative, personal autonomy and responsibility.

Our network community is dedicated to replacing current elected liberal central planners who believe in command and control socialism by a few elite technocrats, the few ruling the many, with leaders who support the freedom of the individual, free markets engaged in free trade, and free market solutions to healthcare, retirement, energy and education.

Dear Lowman,

Establishment Republican Mike Fitzpatrick and the BucksCo Republican Establishment have not reached out to independent Constitutional Conservatives in the Tea Party who will be hard pressed to work for Business As Usual Candidate of either party- what is the point of voting for "Business as Usual" policies that got us into the mess we are in.

In my view, Establishment Republican Mike Fitzpatrick cannot beat incumbent Democrat Patrick Murphy relying only on Hacks and Regulars.

Will He Stand up for the Freedom of Expression

Please read this: The Truth.
Candidate for US House 8th District Mike Fitzpatrick needs to speak out against this violation of the 1st and 14th Amendments (Privileges and Immunities apply to all citizens of all States).
We want to beat Pat Murphy but the Unalienable Right of Freedom of Expression of Individual Citizens is a bigger issue than winning an election
If Mike Fitzpatrick takes a stand on behalf of citizens whose rights of free speech were violated, the grassroots will get behind him.
Please forward to your Personal Electronic Communities

Independent of the Tea Party

Does it really matter to me or you whether the person who takes our money or our freedom is a Republican or a Democrat?
Mike needs to come to terms with Tea Party. Please convince Mike it is interest of all that he support the Tea Party and criticize its heavy handed actions in State Committee race. It is a small matter which means a lot to a few of us. Mike wasn't involved so he can assert and independent position but he won't.
If you concur, please send to your Personal Electronic Communities, particularly in BucksCo, to let Mike Fitzpatrick you are very concerned with entangling alliances. We want to beat Pat Murphy but the Unalienable Right of Freedom of Expression of Individual Citizens is a bigger issue than winning an election.
My view is that any Republican Candidate is entangled with Republican Establishment Leadership is severely compromised in this anti-incumbency election cycle. To win, the candidate must be independent of party leadership and focused on the common wealth and not on personal or party enrichment. Pat Poprik is Treasurer of the Pennsylvania GOP State Committee and president of public finance company.
To win, the candidate needs to be a Constitutional Republican independent of Republican Establishment who can reach out, credibly, to Independent thinking Republicans, Independent thinking Democrats and Registered Independent thinkers.
It does not appear that Mike Fitzpatrick is that candidate. Mike Fitzpatrick is Independent of the Tea Party and dependent on the BucksCo Republican Earmarking Establishment.
There is a Tea Party Patriot 912 movement of Constitutional Republicans committed to reclaiming America's Founding principles. Constitutional Limited Government Rule of Law Economic Freedom Personal Freedom not Business As Usual Getting Rich from Growing Government.

Whose Side is He On?

The underlying dynamic is grassroots Constitutional Republicans v. Business as Usual Republican Establishment. There are bigger issues that winning an election.
We want to beat Pat Murphy but the Unalienable Right of Freedom of Expression of Individual Citizens is a bigger issue than winning an election.
The Constitution is more important than the election in 8th District of Mike Fitzpatrick or defeating Patrick Murphy.
Mike Fitzpatrick must disavow the actions of Pat Poprik and the BucksCo Republican Party Establishment and reach out to Tea Party and loosely affiliated people.
Mike Fitzpatrick needs to come to terms with Tea Party .

Discussion of underlying issue. The election day pamphlets did not violate the law.
I don't see what is illegal about this pamphlet.
1) Here is a 1995 Supreme Court decision that holds that even if pamphlet anonymous, it is still legal and Constitutional. "Your Voice in the Republican Party" would lead any reasonable person to conclude this was not the "Old Guard"
2) Citizens United, clearly, allows political free expression by corporations.
In this case, the pamphlet in question handed out by the Tea Party challengers was not anonymous and had clearly marked on it by whom it was printed. I think the argument was that it was misleading because it appeared to be an "official" Republican green ballot. The challenger's pamphlet in question was not green.
The handouts did, in fact, admittedly identify the person who paid for the pamphlet "printed courtesy of Liberty Printing Company, Inc." And it is obvious who authorized it, the names on the ballot. I don't see any violation even if the candidates were candidates for public rather than office in a private, non governmental entity.
Where there is ambiguity, those ambiguities are to be resolved by the Courts in favor of fundamental right of Freedom of Expression not to squash individual citizens.
However, you miss the core political issue. Principled grassroots v. Business as Usual Establishment.....it is irrelevant whether the person who steals my money and my freedom is a Democrat or a Republican.
