PA Tax Revenue Up

The state’s general fund revenues in August were $2.13 billion, a 5.6 percent gain over August 2016, according to a report by the Independent Fiscal Office.

Tax revenues were $2.09 billion, a 4.5 percent increase over the previous August. Nontax revenues such as license fees and fines were $43 million, a 119.5 percent increase.
