A relentless champion for expanding parental choice and helping children receive a 21st century education, Mike led efforts to team up with Pennsylvania’s business community to develop and implement a $50 million Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit which targets children trapped in the Commonwealth’s most underperforming public schools.
